Edited and rewrote the International Youth Internship Program's Web site for the Canadian International Development Agency, 2003.

Researched and wrote the Youth Zone, Hot Topics articles on HIV/AIDS, Child Refugees, Peacekeeping, Water Issues, Climate Change, for the Canadian International Development Agency, 2003-2004.

Wrote Web site to illustrate the international cooperation efforts between Japan and Canada for the Canadian International Development Agency. 2001-2002.

Written numerous country profiles and "stories from the field" for the Canadian International Development Agency Web site. 1998-2001.

Contract writing and editing for Marketing Division, NSPaN, Nortel Networks, on a wide range of products: NSPaN profile, employee interest articles, case studies, white papers, flyers and brochures - all of which are mounted on the NSPaN Intranet site. 1999-2000.

Designed, coded and mounted a Web site for the Appraisal Institute of Canada -- Ontario Association, 1997; Workplace Ethics Consultancy, 1998; Cover Crops in Sustainable Agriculture (International Development Research Centre - IDRC), 1998. Coded (after editing text and HTML) various other Web pages for IDRC, 1998-1999.

Taught workshop on Web site editing for the Editors' Association of Canada (EAC), 1999 and at the EAC annual conference, 1999.

Webmaster for the Appraisal Institute of Canada -- Ontario Association Web site, 1996; Webmaster for Workplace Ethics Consultancy, 1999.

Conducted evaluation survey of software used to deliver electronic employee newsletters, for the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, 1997.

As Chief Reviewer reviewed hundreds of World Wide Web sites for the first and second editions of What's on the Web published by Internet Media, Fairfax, Virginia, 1995-1997.

As Chief Review Editor for the third edition of What's on the Internet , published by Internet Media, Fairfax, Virginia, reviewed over 600 Usenet news groups, 1995-96, 1997-1998.

Wrote articles on online issues and Web-based research for Internet World , Heritage Post , Interaction , and Heritage Canada Magazine .

Wrote the Technology column for the Appraisal Institute of Canada -- Ontario Association newsletter, 1996.

Gave talks on the World Wide Web to the National Press Club and Ottawa Independent Writers Association, 1996.
