Here are some pics from my march break trip to Tarpon Springs. 5 of
the 6 days were shortboard sailable with very flat, shallow water that
was excellent for practicing jibes / transitions, etc.

(gusts to 35 knots)
Beautiful day and no crowds (mostly locals and not many of them either!)
Sailing downwind of the road was amazing; flat water even with gusts
to 35 knots!
