COORDINATOR, CORPORATE RECORDS & INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

Richmond (Greater Vancouver), BC

You will be responsible for the classification and management of WCB corporate records and information management systems (RIMS), including all creation, implementation and administration. You will also provide leadership and direction to ensure the effective/efficient operations of these systems. You can anticipate involvement in planning, training, organizing, monitoring and coordinating a wide range of activities, including the maintenance, classification, retrieval and disposal of all recorded information held within or by the Board.

You possess a related university degree coupled with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the development and direction of records management programs (equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered). While certification in records management would be an asset, a thorough understanding of automated systems and applications is essential. Envisioned as analytical, collaborative, team-oriented and results-driven, you are proficient at multi-tasking, prioritizing and problem-solving.
