Do you live in the Upper Ottawa Valley? Ever wanted to try acting? Now HERE'S your chance. Anyone who is in grade 5 to 8 is welcome to join the Deep River Youth Theatre.

Sessions involve games and exercises to increase drama skills and self-confidence. The best part is getting to know new friends and doing something a bit different. We meet every Wednesday and Thursday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. The cost for each term is $40, to be paid in advance. Each year, there will be the opportunity to participate in a production, either as an actor or working behind the scenes. Auditions are held around Christmas time, check the North Renfrew Times or contact Alison McIvor for details. We will make every attempt to ensure auditions are fair and open. Registration for the Youth Theatre occurs each fall and if places are available at the beginning of each new term - January and March.
