The stones themselves are tumbled about on a raised mound. There are quite a lot of boulders spread around the flat valley bottom, and the circle is not immediately obvious in the general clutter.

Because of the lie of the land it was difficult to photograph the circle from any higher ground. All the stones are now fallen, they seem close together also, so maybe they have been collected into a heap in the name of agriculture. If they now lie close to their original positions, they seem reminiscent of the recumbent circles of eastern Scotland....
