In early September Blaze was stricken by an illness which she recovered from. But just when you think that you are out of the woods......
On September 22, Blaze's pain was ended. She is now on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge with her sire.
She left behind one heck of a show filly, Justa Snowbelle. And she's got the same wonderful personality as her momma.
Blaze had been with us since day 1. And in 10 years she was always the first one to greet you in the field or when walking into the barn. Her greeting "nicker" will be missed!
We love you Boog!

On Saturday October 26, 2002, Shorty's journey on this earth ended and another began.
She was such a gentle and friendly mare. I don't know what her life was like before she came to me, but I know what it was like after. She was loved and cherished and although she wasn't shown as much as I would have liked to, she was always ready and willing to go! I'll never forget her "Bunny Hopping" into the ring before her Barrels or Pole Bending run.
Her legacy will live on in her daughter, Pooh-Bear. Who already has shown that she shares her mothers love for "The Games".
Metallica now has his 2 favorite mares with him on the other side. We love you Momma Stuff. Thanks for letting us share your life.

In the early morning of Saturday June 1, QAR Metallica passed away from an unknown cause.
Although it was cut short, Metal had a good life. It was filled with mares, babies and lots and lots of love from everyone around him. As with all of our horses, he was more than just a horse, he was part of our family. To our family, Metal made many additions:
Quarbonne Copy, DoubleBarBabe, Sonny's Trixster, Jetta's Legacy, Bright Lil Starr, Cherokee RainDancer and The Strawberry Roan.
Through his kids, his spirit will live on.
One of our friends explained the situation to their son as "Metal has wings now."
Metal, may you be re-united with Jetta and fly over the endless green fields and be merry.
Metal, we'll never forget you.

Jetta was our first mare. We bought her in 1990 and it was love at first sight for all of us. On April 23rd, 1998, Jetta brought Jenna, a spunky chestnut filly, into this world. And on April 24th, Jetta was taken from us.
Jetta was the kindest, gentlest horse I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. We had many great years together. I believe that if it weren't for her, I wouldn't be the person I am today. For that, I thank her.
We all miss Jetta dearly. She may be gone, but we will never forget her.
