The Chronicles of the Seekers of Faerun - Chapter Seventeen - Addendum

Adventure Date: February 9, 2013

Last Updated: December 29, 2013

Campaign note- this occurs shortly after the first encounters in the shadow monastery keep.

Swan was frustrated and angry. The combat with the monks of the dark moon had illustrated quite readily the weakness of her bow. She had missed practically every time! Not because of any lack of accuracy but because those monks were able to swat aside her arrows as if they were feathers in a wind. She felt as if she contributed nothing to the combat skills of the Seekers. She felt more of a burden than as a helper. It was not a feeling she liked.

Lately she had been practicing loading and firing more arrows in the same time. But she had noticed that her accuracy and power would decrease.(rapid shot feat) And so, in real combat she did not use this ability. The monks had proved her wrong! She would now be content to lose accuracy and power if it meant striking with an arrow. Let them bat aside that first arrow; the others would be so close behind that there would not be time for them to be swatted Next time; she would unleash her little surprise on those monks.
