SUMMER DAY CAMP will be held August 18th -24th. For more information check out the display in the foyer, consider how you can participate.

ROOM FOR RENTAL are always in demand from students who are looking for lodging in a Christian environment. If you have rooms for rent please let the chirch office know.

TYPIST NEEDED to do closed captioning (for the hearing impaired) during Sunday Morning Worship services. Please contact Pastor Bill if you are interested.

LINNEN FAREWELL DINNER will be held on Saturday June 14th at 5:30 p.m. at the church. If you have any good photos of the Linnens in action please get them to Matt Beamish for a slide show presentation. ALSO if you would like to contribute to a group gift for the Linnens please see Betty Hobbs or Jennifer Buitenwerf.

FACILITIES TEAM always has openings and welcomes all the help you are willing to offer please contact Gilles Bussiere to volunteer. A WORKDAYS will be announced, all are welcome to join in with the team as they improve and maintain our facilities. 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, lunch will be provided.

FOOD CUPBOARD DONATIONS are always in need. Your gifts of non perishable items donations would be a blessing. Thank you for all you do to assist the Benevolent Ministry.

EACH WEEK immediately following the service there are people ready to meet you at the front row of chairs for prayer and encouragement. All are welcome what ever the need is.

THE SUNDAY MORNING MESSAGES are available on cd for $2. Please speak to the sound technician if you would like a copy.

USED POSTAGE STAMPS ARE IMPORTANT sales from used stamps buy radio equipment for missions. There is a collection box near the office. Wolfgang sorts and prepares them for mailing to the Shell Point depot in Florida.

CHURCH ENVELOPES If you would like to join the others who are systematic givers at East Gate Church, dated envelopes are available. Please speak to Jo-Anna (Church Secretary) or call the church office if you would like to have offering envelopes.

MAIL BOXES (Located in the C.E. wing) are available for all who consider East Gate their church home.  If you do not have a box please speak to the Secretary or call the church office.

THE "OUR DAILY BREAD" daily devotional books are available at the Welcome Center.  If you wish to make a donation to RBC Ministries for your use of "Our Daily Bread", please indicate that on your offering envelope by writing, "Donation to RBC Ministries", next to the amount you wish to give. Our Daily Bread is also available on-line and donations can be made at the RBC Ministries web site. Click on the "Links" button on the bar to the left of this page.

Alpha is an 11 week course that will explore the Christian Faith. East Gate people are encouraged to invite family and friends and attend the course with them. Donations of casseroles, salads or ingredients for a salad and desserts will be needed for the dinners. Pre-made items may be left in the church freezer. Clearly mark your donation ALPHA. also sign the sheet on the top of the freezer. Any questions, please speak to Allan and Lynda Nelson. Thanks so much!
