What do we do? Heritage Research Associates Inc. provides content, integrity and perspective to a wide range of Canadian projects. We undertake work independently and also play an essential role on many multi-disciplinary teams. Our major product is applied research. Established in 1982 to address the historical requirement in multi-disciplinary heritage projects, Heritage Research Associates Inc. works within a much broader spectrum today. Our products span cultural, socio-economic, scientific, industrial and technological fields. We support professional, business and government activities. Our purpose is to ensure that today's opinions are well-informed, set within a secure and balanced context. Heritage Research Associates Inc. integrates sound research methodology with up-to-date management principles to provide meaningful information. We not only locate data, we interpret it to a modern audience, forging links between what was and what matters today. Through multi-media we can link the information highway to the stone age, the iron age and the paper trail. Our specialty is content. |

come from teaching and museum fields, still others directly from post-graduate studies. While each of us has individual fields of expertise, together we span the spectrum of Canadian life -- past and present. We share a commitment to perform sound investigation while addressing modern needs. Heritage Research Associates Inc. has
long-established links to colleagues across Canada and around
the world in research and preservation fields. We participate
in many national and international organizations with both historical
and multi-disciplinary objectives. Together, we have visited
all major libraries, museums and archives in North America and
many in other parts of the world to consult sources related to
Canada. In terms of daily research, we have jointly spent over
150 years consulting Canadians and their records on every subject
under the sun. |
