General Information Each registered guest will receive a welcome package including information on the event, maps and a gift. Events will start at a common rally point (usually the hotel parking lot), and then a convoy to the event location. Organizers cars will be interspersed with the convoy so no one gets lost. For most events, money will be collected at the event itself, there is no advance payment, and no registration fee! 50/50 Draws will be held throughout the weekend to help cover event costs, as well as ensure a good starting point for next years event! |
