Supported Projects

To date, all donations and money raised through the sale of African AIDS Angels has been sent directly to grass-roots projects that support persons who are infected or affected by HIV/AIDS. The projects that have been selected are ones that members of the Ottawa angel-making group have visited or ones that have been recommended by associates in sub-Saharan Africa.

 In South Africa, we support -

• St. Mary's Hospital

• St. Vincent Childrens' Home

• Sacred Heart Childrens' Home

• Morning Star Children's Centre

 In Zambia, we support -

• Kasisi Children's Home

• Mother of Mercy Hospice

• Thandizo Day Centre

 We have previously supported organizations in Zimbabwe, but are no longer able to safely send money there.
