Josephine Carbonneau was
born in 1880. She married George Leadbetter in Ottawa, Ontario
on the 9th of September 1902. She died on 10 March 1951 and is
buried with her husband in Notre Dame Cemetery in Ottawa, Ontario.

One of their surviving children,
Jeanne Marie married my great grandfather, George W. Only one
child was born of this union and fortunately for me it was my
mother, Doris . Here is a photograph of both of them, taken in
the 1940's with their dog, Trixie.
