| Venue | Beaconsfield Yacht Club. BYC is located approximately 25 km west of downtown Montreal on the shores of Lake St. Louis and is adjacent to the best sailing area on the lake. |
| Host | The regatta will be hosted by Beaconsfield Yacht Club and the Quebec Fireball Association. |
| Eligibility | The regatta is open to members of any national Fireball class association. |
| Rules | The regatta will be governed by the 1997 racing rules, the prescriptions of the CYA, the rules of the International Fireball Class Association and the Sailing Instructions. The Sailing Instructions will be available upon registration. |
| Races | Racing will begin on Saturday, August 9, at approximately 1000h. Five races are scheduled over the two day event. |
| Registration | Registration will take place on August 9 after 1700h and on August 10 before 0830h. |
| Entry Fee | The entry fee will be $25 per boat. |
| Accommodation | There are a variety of hotels and motels in the surrounding area. Camping is not allowed on club property. |
