PhotoRelief is a photography auction to raise awareness of and money for Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders—Canada (MSF).

PhotoRelief comprises over 60 photographs, each donated by a Canadian photographer. All the images were captured in the field, in developing areas of the world, foreign or domestic. Canada and other industrialized nations are not without health and social circumstances that we associate with developing countries. Each photograph, in its own unique way, illustrates and addresses MSF's humanitarian mandate.

MSF Canada is part of its parent organization, MSF International, the world's largest, independent medical relief charity. At present, there are 50 Canadian field workers overseas providing emergency medical care to victims of natural and man-made disasters, and conflict and war. MSF International sends more than 2,000 volunteers each year to more than 80 countries around the world to assist populations in distress.

Toronto's Dr. James Orbinski was recently appointed MSF International Council's first Canadian and non-European president.

Please contact Susan Love at love@magma.ca for auction and sponsorship information. PhotoRelief sponsorship will post your company logo and website link here.
