Summary
In this chapter we have expanded on the neighbouring and passing chords discussed earlier. We have
covered:
- Combinations of three and four neighbouring motions
- Incomplete neighbours
- Double neighbours
- Extended neighbours
- Multi-chord prolongations
We also considered combinations of motion which work well, and those which are generally ignored.
