Dr. Peter A.F. Morrin, 1931-2007

In Memoriam -- University Hospitals Kingston Foundation.

Following his automobile accident, Dr. Morrin received care that was second to none, at the hospital where he had worked for 35 years.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation. Cheques payable to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation, noted "In Memory of Dr. Peter Morrin" may be sent to UHKF, 366 King Street East, Suite 201, Kingston, Ontario K7K 6Y3. Completing the UHKF Donation Form is optional.

Alternatively, donations may be made on-line on the UHKF web site. In addition to the required fields noted with an asterisk, the only other field that should be completed is the one titled "In Memory of ...".

Memorial donations to the UHKF in memory of Peter Morrin will go towards the expansion of the Dialysis Unit for the in-hospital dialysis program. As part of the KGH Redevelopment project, the Ontario Ministry of Health will match 9:1 private donations, meaning that these donations will have a very significant impact. For this, we thank you sincerely.
