We are looking for people that can "do" and have a proven track record! There will be 23 technical positions in the next two years as things stand now. Today we are looking for the "core group" of people.

You must have a minimum Computer Science Degree and loads of creative talent and the ability to work in both teams and independently. Your research and "out the door" times with products must be well above average.

New project demanding the addition of three additional team members to my
client’s s/w team.
We are looking for two people with development experience. C/C++ and some
database development background is ideal. An understanding of run-time
applications an asset. The database in use at present is Clipper, running
on Novell 3.12 or 4.11. These are DOS applications written in VOS (similar
to C) - written to support applications over the telephone. Essentially
it is a call-centre/voice-mail application. There are approximately 11,000
calls per day being processed at present only on one system. There are a
number of systems in use at present across the country.
This company has five years in business. The MIS department is about 20%
of the company size. That makes for a very comfortable relaxed environment,
good for people who are team players and like what they do. You will not
get lost in the shuffle and your work will be noticed.
We are looking for people with a good general knowledge of C and a LAN
background. We are looking for people who were tops in there class and
have a good sense of initiative and autonomy. We are looking for people
who are able to grow with the company. A formal education in Computer
Science is required and at least one year of post graduate work experience
with formal development experience ideally in IVR systems or C/LAN.
There is a certain type of person out there that is going to fit in
well with this group. It is hard to put in to words. It is a
personality, a drive, an ambition. Someone who "thinks" about what is
needed, what will be needed and is very thorough.

position to start immediately. This application runs a large voice-mail type
system with different users and accounts that change constantly. It is
important that there is no downtime. A new system, modeled after an existing
product is your next project.

looking for a very picky person. Someone who loves to get to the bottom of
the problem. Someone whose pet peeve is figuring out what that designer
actually did and how to make it really work - not just in theory but in practice.
