We had the opportunity to work with Phil this spring in selling our house.
We tried selling our house privately and after seven long weeks we decided it was time to list on MLS.
We interviewed seven agents, all of whom had called or emailed us while we were listed with grapevine.
We were looking for three things in an agent-reasonable commission rate, competitive selling price,
and someone we could trust. Phil came to meet with us and immediately we were very comfortable with him....
he was positive, down to earth, and very friendly. More importantly, he didn't make us feel that we made the biggest
mistake for listing privately first (as other agents did) nor did he try to make us believe that we had to lower the
price on our house to sell it. He immediately saw all the great features that we saw in our house and reassured us
that our house would sell. We called Phil on Wednesday to say that we selected him to be our agent. He was at our
house on Friday and the house was listed Saturday morning. the house was sold the following Tuesday...in just three
days! We got a great price for the house and our moving date. Thanks Phil for selling our house in record time! You will be the first person we call if ever we need to sell or buy again.
