I have been building websites since 1990 and my first website actually received a Magellan Award. Since then technology and tools have progressed to the point where it is a lot easier to build websites. But I don't use automated tools such as Dreamweaver or FrontPage to build them. I rely on HTML/XHTML, Javascript, VBscript, Java and Cascading Style Sheets for the foundation of the websites I create. However, I do use software tools such as Flash, PHP, Perl and SQL to enhance webpages.
