Thomas Greene is a System Support Specialist and Microsoft Certified System Engineer that has been working in the IT field since 1986.

He  has in depth experience in electronic publishing, especially on the Internet. He has coordinated and implemented the publication of documents to the Web. His skill set includes: web design and layout; document and graphics conversion; database construction and manipulation web site activity analysis and reporting; and  operation of a messaging board system.

He has given local community organizations how to deal with the Internet in a clear, simple and effective way and has, for the past five years, given courses on Home Page Design, HTML, Internet Basics and Advanced.

In 1999, he enrolled in a System Support Certificate program. He completed the program with Honors.
