Foreign nationals may qualify to apply for residence permit if they hold  non-immigrant visa and have been permitted to stay in the kingdom for  a total of at least 3 consecutive years to the date of application.

Application submission

Applicants must apply in person at the address below, or at the regional immigration office in which they reside, due to fingerprinting requirement for background check.
