Nenad passed his first radio exam and made his first QSO in 1965. Initially,
he operated

he still holds. Nenad was one of the packet radio pioneers in YU during the
late 1980s, and is a member of the SRJ (Savez radioamatera Jugoslavije). He
actively participated in the YU QSL Bureau operations for over 10 years.
In 1990 Nenad passed the exam in Canada and received call sign VE3EXY. He
joined RAC (Radio Amateurs of Canada) in 1993, and the American Radio Relay League
in 1997. In 1998 he was one of the founding members of the Capital Region DX
Club, and became a member of the Quarter Century Wireless Association ( QCWA
Chapter
70) in the same year. In October 2000, during QCWA Hamvention in Toronto,
he received QCWA badge for
30 years of ham radio activity with his own call signs.
In 1999 he accepted the position of the RAC Outgoing QSL Bureau Manager
with the intention of improving the VE QSL Bureau Service.
