ADVANCED PRESENTATION AND IMAGE MAKING SKILLS OVERVIEW
This five-day workshop, is designed to enhance the effectiveness of
information sharing in English, through the development of pronunciation,
grammar and presentation image making skills. It will build on the current
knowledge and experience of participants and hone their ability to plan,
prepare and present material to a variety of audiences.
Throughout this advanced communication course, participants will incorporate
new insights and techniques in presentation and image making skills by actively
participating in both delivery, and evaluation of individual presentations by
fellow participants, according to formal instructions and guidelines.
The workshops focus on the practical aspects of proper pronunciation, use of
grammar, preparing and delivering presentations. This means participants will
be on their feet presenting many times during the five days as various speaking
opportunities will be assigned by the instructor. There are many other positive
and reinforcing benefits that come from closely experiencing a wide variety of
other participants' speaking skills and speech topics.
By fully participating in all assignments, participants will greatly enhance
their confidence in all future public speaking situations.
