The
professional career in music of M.A. Dubois aka Josh Wildfire
began in 1992 when he teamed up with two Canadian producers
and song writers (M. Deslauriers and L. St. Laurent) to create
Creative Partners Productions.
From
1994 to 1997, over 35
dance music productions were licensed all over the
world. These licenses help sell over 1 million copies
of CD compilations, singles and 12". The success of these
releases brought Canadian platinum and gold records to the production
unit for In Your Arms by Emjay (6 times platinum
over 650,000 copies sold on the Much Music Dance Mix '96 compilation),
I'll Never Stop by Roxxy (Gold), Summer Nights and Show Me Love
Tonight by Solina (Gold) and Turn Out The Lights by Jay Jay
(Gold).
In
1997, In Your Arms was nominated for a prestigious Juno Award
in the Best Dance Recording category. The
In You Arms video was also nominated for a Much Music Video
Award in the Best Dance Music Video category. Artists such
as Emjay, Solina, Roxxy and Julia all got their start working
with the Creative Partners Production team.

From
1998 until 2000, M-A Dubois and M. Deslauriers from Creative Partners
Productions went on to form Nonstop Music International.
This production unit produced many new dance artists such as Penny
feat. Ultimate, Karloff, Algorhythm and Sun Jam.
The
most recognized songs that came out of this production unit were
You're The One by Ultimate Feat Penny. and Play The
Music Loud by Karloff.
The
Creative Partners Productions andNonstop Music International songs
were released and licensed all over the world by record labels
such as BMG, Sony, Polymedia, Quality, Numuzik, SPG, HI-Bias,
Popular, Tycoon, Primus and Snake Records. |
