I always have a lot of announcements at the beginning of my classes. I find out about things and then blab on and on about them to my students. Since it was starting to eat into our fun and games time, I decided a couple of years ago to write it all up in a newsletter. Now I can babble to my heart’s content without ever seeing any eyes glaze over.

In the newsletters I like to put helpful hints and write up little articles about things the troupe is doing and events we have seen or participated in. I’ve received nothing but compliments on its content and people seem to enjoy the quirky look at life I portray through my writing. I try to get them out at the beginning of each session, but, alas, sometimes I end up just writing them through until the next session starts.

I have currently taken a haitus from writing the newsletter, but will keep my site up to date of any upcoming events.
