Services offered:
Locations for Alexander lessons:
- at your home or office, i.e. in your everyday milieu, or
- at my office in Masham, QC, near the entrance to Lac Philippe
Types of Alexander lessons:
- Individual, one-on-one Alexander lessons, one hour
- Semi-private lessons for two persons, 90 minutes
- Small groups, three to five persons, two hours
- Introductory talks/demonstrations, one to two hours
- Workshops for small or large groups, for a half day, full day or a weekend
- Alexander/Horsemanship, lessons for horse riders, one hour
Cost of Alexander lessons:
- At your home or office, $75 per hour
- At my office in Masham, $65 per hour
Reductions negotiable for multiple lessons paid in advance
Number of Alexander lessons needed:
About 20 lessons, starting at once a week for 10 weeks, then moving to once every two weeks at this point, to ensure that all benefits are maintained, many pupils will continue to have lessons once every month or two
